A promising public service strategy involves thoroughly understanding the other candidates. Donald Trump is positioning himself as a defender of his country, employing a standard approach. He tends to echo the sentiments he hears, which is an emotional mistake that I could have made as a candidate defending my country in the presence of an essentially prejudiced electorate. During the election, it is not the opportune time to confront Donald Trump in this manner.
While I commend your campaign as a politician, I disapprove of the conventional methods. We should handle this matter with greater prudence, akin to engaging in political diplomacy or communication. There are numerous issues impacting Democratic power and Haiti that demand our attention and a commitment to justice for all individuals, as guaranteed by the American constitution. However, traditional politics are perpetuated to ensure that acquaintances of political leaders do not jeopardize their relationships while a significant portion of the population remains uninformed. This practice must cease. I implore you not to perceive this message as a personal attack.
As community leaders, I would prefer for you to assist the public in making well-informed choices by facilitating a substantive debate on the long-term policies of each candidate rather than intimidating immigrants with archaic deportation threats. Community leaders often receive financial support from candidates to manipulate public opinion. Specific laws delineate the freedoms individuals are entitled to before the law, and no candidate is entitled to exploit people as they see fit.
Donald Trump exhibits more transparency than the clandestine forces silently causing harm. A person who is forthright in their speech may be more unsettling than another who is not. However, this should not obscure that what is concealed poses greater hostility, as evidence has already demonstrated. The United States is a challenging environment for all uneducated immigrants, particularly Haitians, where 97% of their population does not pursue higher education.
Wilson Thelimo Louis,
For the betterment of society.
