Since we identify a problem, we can think of resolutions and develop goals and objectives. In the first stage of my project, I present my strategy as follows:
Target: French Educational System in Haiti
Problem: The language barrier prevents students from understanding what they are taught.
Vision: Haiti's entire population is alphabetized.
Goal: All Haitian citizens complete high school.
Mission: Educate Haitian students in their vernacular language.
Objective-1: Increase the number of native-language teachers.
Objective-2: Develop virtual and printed teaching materials in Haitian Creole.
Objective-3: Teach Haitian students their native language.
